To ensure alignment on brand messaging within my team, I used to start by putting out the core message and its objectives in a team meeting. Soon after I’d facilitate an open discussion where everyone voiced their interpretations, concerns, and ideas. Then we would reiterate the key points and ensured that all feedbacks were addressed & everyone was aligned. To avoid any miscommunication, I'd always document the agreed-upon messaging framework and distribute it to everyone involved over email.
