Hello, Raiders!

This big update brings in the new seasonal arena system, 3 legendary spells, balance changes, and more!

New

  • 3 New Legendary Spells:
    • Lake Souls (Ran)
    • Omega Reprisal (Igniel)
    • Poisonous Flytrap (Freyana)
  • New Mechanic:
    • Spellchain: Effect repeats for each Spell you played this round.
  • 2 New Status Effects:
    • Renew (Buff): Restores health at the end of each round. Lasts 2 rounds.
    • Lake Souls (Buff): Gain shield after casting a Spell. Lasts 2 rounds.
  • Seasonal Arena System:
    • Seasons now last 35 days.
    • The Bronze League now ends at 1200 Trophies, and the Silver League at 2400.
    • Wastelands Arena now ends at 2400 trophies.
    • After 2400 trophies a new arena unlocks, The Coliseum: players are reset back to 2400 trophies each season, and The Coliseum is refreshed with new rewards.
    • If you reach 3600 trophies you’ll reach the Raiders league and unlock the Raiders Chest, which gets bigger each time you earn 50 extra trophies!
    • Players now will only play on the arena they are progressing until they get to Raiders, then maps will rotate randomly.

Balance

  • Heroes:
    • Reef: Hero’s overall Damage and Shields were reduced by 3%.
  • Status Effects
    • Immune: Changed to last until receiving damage from any source.
    • Unkillable: Changed also to reduce the damage done by 50%
    • Bait: 50% chance was removed and changed to last 2 rounds.
    • Poison: Changed to deal damage at the end of the round and last 2 rounds.
  • Spells
    • We increased the base Weak value by 5% of the following spells:
      • Walnut Shower
      • Vines Trap
      • Enfeebling Hex
      • Water Bullet
    • Last Stand: Reworked to give Unkillable and Renew.
    • Stompy: Reworked to deal damage based on Slothy & Quickens’ missing health, and heal unconditionally.
    • Brawns or Brains: Mana cost reduced from 3 to 2.
    • Thorny Provoke: Maximum Health removed and Thorns amount increased.
    • Tree of Life: Maximum Health removed, gives Renew instead.
    • Challenge: Maximum Health removed, gives Renew instead.
    • Nature Guard: Maximum Health removed, gives Renew instead.
    • Revengeful Fire: Base damage increased. Maximum damage kept the same.

Changes

  • The end of match has received changes, both in visuals and flow
  • You can now check the Combat Log and the Tab Summary at the end of the match
  • Item selection has received some visual changes

  • Fixed many minor visual issues
  • Fixed some minor UI issues
