Balista is a major antagonist in the second arc of Bakugan: Mechtanium Surge. He is a member of the Nonets that was imprisoned in the Doom Dimension.
Personality
Balsita is a lizard-like creature that shows no mercy during battle. He enjoys watching other Bakugan suffer. However, he has grueling respect for Worton. He trusted Wiseman the least and wanted to know who he was which lead to his death.
Biography
Balista was seen with the other Nonents, trapped in the Doom Dimension. He tells the evil Mechtagon Coredegon, Slycerak, Exostriker, and Mandibor that Worton is all seeing and all knowing and that he would never lie. The four then head to Earth, trapping the Nonets.
The next day, a masked man named Wiseman frees the Nonets, saying that he wants to defeat the heroes prmosing the nonets the revenge on drago. He was then taken to earth where he and the nonets fought Drago, reptack Jackor and Radazen. But he barley battled He helped summon the evil Mechtogan and was defeated alongside the other Nonets when they lost control of Mechtavius Destroyer.
He was then seen at Wiseman's hideout telling them they need to defeat the bralwers on their own. Betadron, Kodokor and Mutabrid go with Wiseman. After Spatterix and Stronk fail to win, he battles Radizen, continuing until Worton joins to battle Marucho alongside him. Durng the battle, the two villains fuse into Volcankos to defeat the two heroes. However, Radizen and Roztor form Betakor, and using their powers, beat the two Nonets.
A few days later, Balista joins the other Nonets in a all-out brawl with the Brawlers' Bakugan. For most of the fight, he got attacked and Barley fought, but he ultimately lost when the Mechtagon failed to win.
Baslita later talks to the Nonets where he belives Wiseman is using them.
