- Pepe Mujica, now a member of the Uruguayan parliament, and others of the Tupamaros recount the history of this urban guerrilla group: their use of armed intervention and illegal acts--even kidnapping and murder, their imprisonment and escapes, and their transition to a legal political party.
- Bratsch, located in the Leuker Mountains, is a village in the upper Valais with a magnificent view of the Rhone valley. Just a hundred people lived in the village in 2015. After the municipality merged with Gampel down in the valley in 2009, the school building was empty. The film documents the development and changes in the village since the school reopened in autumn 2016 to the present day.
- Bruno Ganz is a true actor who after many films continues to work on the stage and in the sound studio (recording poetry and literature).
- The film "Of Sins, Sofas and Sausages" depicts a special microcosm: Because of the many immigrants and social housings, the quarter has the reputation of being a ghetto - here 2500 people from 42 nations live. However, the quarter can be seen as a kind of experimental laboratory for living together in the migration country Switzerland. On the basis of small, fine stories Switzerland is shown how it could look like in one generation. In a subtle way the film stimulates the reflection on where the momentary immigration of refugees could lead to: to a respectful cooperation and coexistence of all kinds of cultures.
