==Santa Claus and Elfa Strike==
In the Codename: Kids Next Door universe, '''Santa Claus''' has a different way of delivering toys with his "Reindeer" system (Cerebro parody). He uses it to deliver presents to the good kids and coal to the bad kids. The DLFDTL tried to use it get all the presents.

'''Elfa Strike''' is a parody of the X-Men that works for Santa Claus. The members are:

Detailed lists of characters from Codename: Kids Next Door.

KND Organization

Meet the Kids Next Door!

The KND organization consists of children who are on one mission: to free kids from the tyrannical rule of adults and make the world a better place for all kids. Judging by this, they KND are basically, spies. As with many spies, they are given codenames to hide their true identities and there are also enemy agents who are afiliated with many kid-hating supervillains. Each KND operative is assigned a numbuh after they gradutate from the Cadets Next Door academy in the KND Arctic Base.

To be a KND operative, you got to be under 12 years old. If you are 13 years old, you can't be a KND operative and KND operatives who turn 13 get decommissioned. If you are a KND Operative who's one of the best, 13-year-old KND operatives can be initiated into a secret KND organization in which teens get to stay in the KND and gather anti-kid information adults and teens are planning to KND Global Command.

Main operatives (Sector V Team)

Other operatives

Minor operatives on the animated series Codename: Kids Next Door who have only appeared a few times.

Template:Spoiler

Numbuh $1.50

Numbuh $1.50 appeared in Operation: E.L.E.C.T.I.O.N.S. where he defended Numbuh 1 in the student court.

Numbuhs 8A and 8B

Numbuhs 8A and 8B are identical twins who appeared in M.A.U.R.I.C.E., attacking the Teen Ninjas and ended up getting poxed.

Numbuh 9

First appearance: Op MAURICE

Numbuh 9 (Maurice) appeared as the title character in Op MAURICE. According to Numbuh 5, he was one of the greatest of the KND operatives. Long ago, Numbuh 9 swore that he would find the cure for the chickenpox and destroy Chickenpox Island. However, he turned thirteen and was decomissioned before he could complete his mission. Not wanting to lose their friend, Sector V defied orders and went to protect Maurice from the teenagers. Unfortunately, Maurice was kidnapped before Sector V could save him. Numbuh 5 (who got infected with the chickenpox by her sister, Cree) went on a solo covert operation to rescue Maurice, where it was revealed that Cree had designed a chickenpox cannon to infect all kids. In the end, it turned out that Maurice was a mole all along, working for KND to finally complete his mission against chickenpox. He secretly helped Numbuh 5 defeat Cree, turn the chickenpox cannon against the teenagers and destroy Chickenpox Island. He revealed to Numbuh 5 that some KND Operatives get to stay in the KND organization after they turn 13 -- they act as super-secret covert agents that infiltrate Teenager and Adult Facilities and gather anti-kid information the adults and teens might be plotting to KND Global Command. It is presumed that both Numbuh 5 and Cree have a crush on him. He likes Salsa too. He is voiced by Khary Patyon, known for playing Cyborg on Teen Titans.

Numbuh 10

First appearance: Op COUCH

Numbuh 10 made her first and only appearance in Op COUCH as one of the news readers at the beginning. She is a pale-skinned, red-haired, green-eyed girl with a seemingly no-nonsense attitude. Numbuh 2 described her as 'Easy on the eyes' which implied that she was good-looking. She had yet to have a major part in any of the storylines.

Numbuh 12

First appearance: Op SLUMBER

Numbuh 12 appeared in Op SLUMBER. She was one of the girls who went to Numbuh 86's slumber party and was thought to be her only real friend there. She later betrays the KND by helping Cree and Chad steal the Kids Next Door code module. She does this because she was almost thirteen. Realizing she'd be decommissioned soon, she decided to betray them before it happened.

Numbuh 13

First appearance: Op MACARRONI

Numbuh 13 appeared in Op MACARRONI. As his number suggests, he is a jinx (note Numbuh Three's Rainbow Monkey vase and the "Rainbow Monkey Lisa" macaroni art), and Sector V gave him back to the adults who had captured him, by stuffing him in the adults' bag for stolen macaroni art. His introduction scene at the start of the story, a prisoner exchange involving him and the Toilenator, is similar to a prisoner exchange early in the James Bond film Die Another Day. Voiced by Billy West.

Numbuh 23

First appearance: Op SLUMBER

Numbuh 23 appeared in Op SLUMBER. She was one of the girls who went to Numbuh 86's slumber party and later helps the others retrieve the code module after it is stolen, although she does not play a large part.

Numbuh 30c

First appearance: Op ARCTIC

Numbuh 30c (voiced by Tom Kenny) appeared in Op ARCTIC, initially bundled in a thick coat, a hat and a scarf, joining them on a mission to take down a professor's weather control device to get rid of snow days. Later seen wearing an aloha shirt as he appeared to be turning against them, but it turned out it was for a snowcone being researched by the professor who they thought was making said device (Prof. XXXL, voiced by Frank Welker). Though his face is not shown even when he is without his extra clothing, Numbuh 30c very closely resembles Kenny from "Kenny and the Chimp", the only non-KND episode to appear in the Kids Next Door series.

Quotable Quote: "Oh, come on. Even my name should have given it away." (at this point, he throws off all his gear) "Numbuh 30c! 30 Celsius! That's like 80 Degrees Fahrenheit or something!"

Numbuh 44

First appearance: Op TRAINING

Although Numbuh 44 is classed as one member, they are actually two. The reason: they're identical twins. First shown guarding the Codemodule at the Arctic Base in Op TRAINING. They were also shown apprehending their prisoners in MATADOR and SNOWING. Also appeared in Op GRADUATES in which they were turned into a kangaroo and its joey. Both voiced by Lauren Tom (voice of Numbuh 3).

Numbuh 60

First appearance: Op TRAINING

Numbuh 60 is the drill sergeant at KND training, as seen in Op TRAINING. Was also shown organizing the operatives in Op GRADUATES as well.

Numbuh 65.3

First appearance: Op BRIEF

Numbuh 65.3 (Herbie) appeared in Op BRIEF, as a nerdy-looking communications officer who read the Sector V operatives a message about a hit warrant on Numbuh One, which turned out to involve the underwear he had just gotten as a gift. Later seen in Op BEACH telling One that there were no missions for him that day, in Op LEADER showing off his pocket protector to Lizzie, and at the graduation party in Op GRADUATES. Voiced by Dee Bradley Baker (voice of Numbuh 4).

Numbuh 86

First appearance: Op FUGITIVE

Numbuh 86 (Frances "Fanny" Fullbright) is the Head of Decommisioning (a pun, when someone is 86'ed, they are put out of commmision). She first appeared in Op FUGITIVE, as a girl who speaks with an Irish accent, generally berates ineffective operatives with the notable exception of any females (she is sexist against boys). She has been known to take the credit for certain operations even where her involvement was minimal (see Op FUGITIVE). She seems not to be well liked within the organization (after turning into a female dog in Op GRADUATES, one of the Numbuh 44's remarked "that figures"), and has admitted to not having any friends (with the exception of Numbuh Three). Her favored weapon is a mustard gun, and she seems to take an almost sadistic pleasure in her job. Her mother's nickname for her, as revealed in Op SLUMBER, is 'my little fannykin'. It has also been revealed she has had a crush on Numbuh 4 in Op E.N.D. (which he doesn't remember since he was decomissioned shortly afterward). It is possible she buries herself in her thankless occupation to make up for her lack of companionship. She often wears a green uniform and Army helmet, connotating the appearance of a drill instructor. Her favorite weapon (as seen in Operation: E.N.D.) is the M.U.S.K.E.T., while her preferred mode of transport is the D.O.H.D.O.H. Voiced by Jennifer Hale.

Numbuh 100

A previously high ranking KND Operative.

Numbuh 206

First appearance: Op FUGITIVE

Numbuh 206 is a KND operative who was supposed to be scheduled for decommissioning after he turned 13. While Numbuh 86 and the Sector V team were hunting him down, he got mixed up with Numbuh 362 while Numbuhs 3, 5 and 86 were running around, searching for him in the Delightful Children from Down the Lane's Mansion and Numbuhs 1, 2 and 4 guarded a dandelion from adult attacks.

He has not been mentioned since his apparent escape.

Note: Some people claim that Numbuh 206 never actually appeared in Op FUGITIVE, but was only mentioned as a plot point. However, others note that there is a brief shot of a hallway where a male (judging from his panting noise) is running down the hall in one direction, while a female (judging from her panting noise) is also running down the hall in the opposite direction.

Numbuh 274

First appearance: Op CHAD

Numbuh 274 (Chad Dickson) was a former KND operative and Supreme Leader of the Kids Next Door until he betrayed KND and was revealed to be 13 years old (once one gets that age, you're kicked out, as they consider teenagers the enemies). He became known as "the greatest Kids Next Door ever" by beating the Grown Up Gorilla Gang. He makes his first animated appearance in Op CHAD where he saves the KND from his own parents (meanwhile, the other operatives talk about trading cards and action figures of him). He is seen again in Op FUGITIVE and Op UNDERCOVER, where he is seen commanding the KND MoonBase HQ. His final appearance as Numbuh 274 was in Op END where he falsified files of KND operatives to prevent them from finding out about his 13th birthday, upped their ages and had some of them accidentally "decommissioned" (their minds are cleared of their memories of the KND), including Sector V (Numbuh 1's team). Numbuh 1 found out and exposed the conspiracy, but Tommy Gilligan, a.k.a. "Numbuh T", was kidnapped by 274 while he detached the MoonBase to send it into the Sun, but his plan was thwarted by Sector V and he was to be decommissioned, but Cree set him free. He is now called Chad. He is a teenager and the leader of his own group of football-playing teens called The Jets. (Op LEADER was his first appearance as a villain). His last name was revealed in ELECTIONS and it is revealed he goes to Hendry Middle School. Voiced by Jason Harris.

Numbuh 362

First appearance: Op FUGITIVE

Numbuh 362 is Supreme Leader of the entire Kids Next Door organization. She is a blond, brown eyed girl who gained the position after Numbuh 274's betrayal. She has been known to berate Numbuh 86 (!). She has also been called the KND's greatest spy (Op FUGITIVE). Not much else is known about her. She is a little short tempered too. Voiced by Rachael MacFarlane, voice of Francine Smith on American Dad, and sister of Seth MacFarlane of Family Guy fame.

Villains

Enemies of the KND. There are villains that appeared once or many times.

Major Antagonists

Father

Father

Father, actually named Mr. Wigglestein, is perhaps the archnemesis of the Kids Next Door, and he is also the legal guardian of the Delightful Children from Down the Lane. He can generate and manipulate fire and also has the ability to levitate (similar to the Human Torch), and morph his face. In Operation: A.R.C.H.I.V.E., Numbuh One claimed that he was the first adult to oppose children, by refusing to let a boy play horsey.

Father despises the KND, especially the Gilligan kids, Hoagie and Tommy (theories fly among fans about the possibility of him being their missing father) and he even hates his own children (as heard in G.R.A.D.U.A.T.E.S.).

His voice sounds similar to the way Numbuh Two remembers his dad's voice in Operation C.A.K.E.D.-F.O.U.R. Some believe that the theory of Father being the Gilligans' real father must be false, as Father claimed that Mr. Gilligan was a "loser".

His face was shown once in Operation A.R.C.H.I.V.E.: he is actually a fairly nerdy-looking fellow. In Op. P.O.O.L, his negative world self, Daddy, is seen without his normal darkness (he is shown in his true form).

Father's voice is clearly based on that of Orson Welles. This is not surprising, as he is voiced by Maurice LaMarche while his negative counterpart is played by Jeff Bennett.

Appearance: Man with black tie and overalls (regular form). Shadowy-looking person with flames on body (evil form).
Age: unknown
Intelligence: Above average
Speed: Somewhat fast
Failed Plans: Entrapping the Japanese KND (TRIP), getting his hands on the Code Module (TRAINING), turning the KND into animals (GRADUATES), making kids the secret ingredient of his cake (CAKEDFOUR)
Weapons: The flames on his body, Animalifcation Ray, Knightamatons, Gi-HUGE-ic cake pan.
Known Henchmen: His children, the Ice Cream Men, the Chicken Men, the Interesting Twins from Beneath the Mountain, the Deadly Ninjas and Cree, Chad and the Teen Ninjas
Affiliations: Himself, Mr. Boss

Delightful Children from Down the Lane

File:DelightfulChildren.jpg
"Poor, poor, deluded child."

The Delightful Children from Down the Lane (referred to as the DCFDTL for short, or as the KND often call them, "Delightful Dorks") are a recurring group of well-behaved villainous children out to eliminate the Kids Next Door for setting a bad example.

Raised by Father, they're rarely seen apart--- in fact, they almost always stand in one specific formation, as shown in the picture, except for one episode (Operation: UNDERCOVER), in which the helmeted child, named Lenny, separates for most of the episode. They always speak in perfect unison (unless they're struck by fear). It is their near-emotionless personality that sometimes leads to their defeat.

It is assumed from clues scattered about the series (esp. Op ARCHIVE) that they were "created" when Father kidnapped several children and placed them in a "Delightfulization Chamber" which turned them into the adult-obeying villains they are now, though this has nearly been disproven by one episode involving "delightfulization" in which those who were delightfulized did not, in fact, become more Delightful Children, but rather became zombielike slaves to the DCFDTL. This could have been due to varying circumstances, however.

The names of the Delightful Children are not known, with the exception of Lenny, who is, as mentioned above, the helmet boy. Because of this, the DCFDTL are usually given varying names in fan fiction. In Operation P.O.O.L., their negative world selves are named the Little Traitor Dudes For Children's Defense.

In Operation E.L.E.C.T.I.O.N.S., they are the judges for the school's student court.

Appearance: Children who wear proper clothes and speak in a perfect, monotone unison.
Age: 10
Intelligence: Above average
Speed: Pretty fast/slow
Failed Plans: Eating their delicious cake (CAKED series, although their plans succeeded in CAKED-THREE, the KND let them eat that stinky cake! Gross!), hoarding the ice cream away for the adults (I-SCREAM), Making the KND one of them (DATE and BUTT), getting their impure taste buds on the fourth flavor (FLAVOR), homework thefts (ROBBERS, although their plans succeeded, they ended up getting detention after Mrs. Thompson looked at Numbuh 4's homework.), turning all the KND operatives into animals (GRADUATES), intercepting School Bus One (PRESIDENT), claiming Numbuh 4's nugget mine and making kids mine nuggets under the hot sun (NUGGET), getting elected as fourth grade president (ELECTIONS), framing the KND for stealing Santa's toy-making machine and claiming all the presents for their own while all the kids get coal (NAUGHTY: Christmas Special).
Weapons: Ice Cream Beast, Sir Toasty (Knightamatons), Fly Robot, Age Cigar, Really, Really Incredibly Destructive Machine (R.R.I.D.M.), Neural Suggestion Ray, The Box, Rocket Gazebo, Cake Monster, Lobster Robots, Delightfulization Chamber, Birthday Gift Robot, Robotic Fourth Grade President, Chicken Guns
Known Henchmen: Delightfuloids (their slaves), The Ice Cream Men, the Chicken Men, their cousins, the Interesting Twins from Beneath the Mountain, the Deadly Ninjas, Cree, Chad and the Teen Ninjas, the Schoolyard Bullies (Hall Monitors in E.L.E.C.T.I.O.N.S.), the Six-Gum Gang, Waffles A.K.A. Demon Devilfang (who allied with Numbuh 3 later on) and the Hall Squad
Affiliations: Themselves, their father, Mr. Boss

Recurring Antagonists

Common Cold

File:Common Cold.jpg
The Common Cold

First appearance: Op TOMMY

The Common Cold is perpetually ill and wishes to eliminate the Kids Next Door and to spread his cold to the world. He uses a machine to fire mucus from his nose at the Kids Next Door. The Common Cold can normally be defeated with orange juice.

In "Operation: T.O.M.M.Y.: Totally Obnoxious Moronic Meddling Youngster", Numbuh Two's younger brother, Tommy, built a machine for the Common Cold to protect him from orange juice attacks and to be used against the Kids Next Door, the Flu Bug. Numbuh Two's mother used chicken soup to counter the machine.

In Op SNOWING, it is revealed that the Common Cold has a niece named Anna, who is in love with the 4th grade president.

The Common Cold is voiced by Tom Kenny.

Appearance: Man with very serious cold. Wears an ice pack and a yellow suit.
Age: 38
Intelligence: Above average
Speed: Pretty fast/slow
Failed Plans: Giving the world the worst case of the flu.
Weapons: Snotgun, Flu Bug Machine
Affiliations: Mr. Boss

Heinrich Von Marzipan

First appearance: Op JEWELS

Heinrich Von Marzipan speaks with a German accent and wants to control all various sugars and sweets. He is perhaps the son of a famous chocolate maker in Germany, appearing in (among others) Op RABBIT when he kidnaps the first graders' rabbit, Mr. Flopalopagus and tries to turn him into a chocolate bunny but falls into the chocolate volcano when Numbuhs 2 and 5 stop him. Numbuh 2 does it to go eat at the cafeteria and ends up being chased by Numbuh 5 for the lamest joke ever (When Mr. Flopalopagus turns everything back to normal and a first grader said "Now do you see the wonders of MR. Flopalopagus?" and Numbuh 2 said "Yeah, but I'm so hungry, it's not even Bunny") and in Op CHOCOLATE when he comes out from the chocolate volcano and turns into a chocolate monster and blames Numbuh 5 so he tries to chocolify her, but luckily Numbuh 5 outsmarts him and he is sent to the KND Arctic Prison.

He has a feud with Numbuh 5 of the KND and loses at each encounter. Numbuh 5 often refers to him as "Hiney".

The fact that he is of German descent may be a parody of the Nazi villains of the Indiana Jones series.

He is voiced by Dee Bradley Baker

Appearance

  • Regular Form: Boy with brown gloves, pants and vest, gray shirt and eyepiece.
  • Pharaoh Form: Mummy with candy all over body.
  • Chocolate Form: His whole body is made of chocolate!

Age: 10
Intelligence: Above average
Speed: Pretty fast in his normal form. Slow in his chocolate and pharaoh form
Failed Plans: Stealing King TwoTonsOfCandy's Treasures (JEWELS), Making chocolate bunnies from the real thing (RABBIT), Turning into a chocolate monster after eating a cheeseburger (CHOCOLATE).
Weapons: Lollipop guns, his henchmen, his transformation
Known Henchmen: Candy Bandits.
Affiliations: Himself

James "Jimmy" Nixon McGarfield the 4th Grade President-for-life

First appearance: Op ROBBERS (fully appeared in Op PRESIDENT and started his villain activities at the end of PRESIDENT)

James Nixon McGarfield, better known by his nickname Jimmy, is the Fourth Grade Class President-For-Life (or should I say, was) and the scourge of Gallagher Elementary. In Op. PRESIDENT, he promised the students of Gallagher Elementary he'd make school days short and no one was going to stop him! The KND relieved his bodyguards, the Hall Monitors, of their duties and took Jimmy to City Hall. The Delightful Children from Down the Lane tried to stop the KND from getting Jimmy to City Hall with the help from the Ice Cream Men, but the Ice Cream Men failed to stop Jimmy, so they sent a robot copy of the President to sabotage the negotiations. The Delightful Children's plan failed, as the KND managed to recognize and defeat the robot clone. However, as he got to City Hall, he said, in a strange monotone voice, that school days will end at 8:25 PM and more homework will be given out, thanks to Father, as it is revealed he was a willing recruit for the Delightfuls! In Op. S.N.O.W.I.N.G., during a snow day, he was upset because no one attended the assembly in which he crowns Lizzie his Queen. So he planned to capture all the kids, including the Sector V team (with the exception of a desperately ill Numbuh 1), and make them go back to school for the assembly. He turned evil for Lizzie to impress her. Lizzie was not impressed, sticking by Numbuh 1, but Jimmy used a modified Boyfriend Helmet to brainwash Lizzie into becoming his queen! The KND managed to defeat him and he and his assistant, Anna, and his army of Hall Monitors and Honor Roll Nerds were convicted by KND Global Command. Also, it is revealed, Anna disabled Jimmy's defenses, and freed Numbuhs 2, 3, 4 And 5 from their shackles, because she loves him. Jimmy was touched, and he might learn to like Anna while they're on ice, in other words-- locked up, in the KND Arctic Prison. Voiced By: Tom Kenny

Appearance: Fat boy with glasses, a coat, pants and hat (all white in ROBBERS and PRESIDENT. black in SNOWING) and black shoes.
Age: 10
Intelligence: Above average
Speed: Pretty fast
Failed Plans: Crowning Lizzie his queen.
Weapons: Bus Walkers, Modified Boyfriend Helmet, Mop (which he uses as a nightstick)
Known Henchmen: His assistant, Anna, Hall Monitors and Honor Roll Nerds
Affiliations: Delightful Children and Father, Mr. Boss

As befits the Fourth Grade President-For-Life, Jimmy's name is a combination of names of various U.S. Presidents: Jimmy Carter, Richard Nixon, and James Garfield. The "Mc" comes from President William McKinley. He also has a Texan accent similar to George W. Bush.

Minor Antagonists

These are minor villains who have only appeared once or a few times.

Anna Worthington

First appearance: Op. PRESIDENT

Anna Worthington is the Fourth Grade President-for-life's assistant and she has a crush on him. She is the Common Cold's Niece and can often ask her uncle for special favors. She was first seen working with the Delightful Children in PRESIDENT, hoping to stop President Jimmy from making school days shorter at City Hall. She disabled Jimmy's defenses and freed Numbuhs 2, 3, 4 and 5 from their shackles for Jimmy and it looks like they'll be together while they're on ice at the cooler (that'd be the Arctic Base by the way!). Voiced by Andi McAfee.
Appearance: A little girl who wears glasses and brown sneakers
Age: 10
Intelligence: Very high
Speed: Above average.
Failed Plans: Intercepting School Bus 1 (PRESIDENT).
Known Henchmen: Her boss' minions
Affiliations: Her Boss, Jimmy

Baby Jackson and the Ankle-Biters

First appearance: Op DIAPER

Baby Jackson (voiced by Tara Strong) is a baby that can speak perfect English using other people's teeth. He and his friends/henchmen, the Ankle-Biters, were shown stealing teeth from other people, including the Sector V team, and claim the teeth for their own, so they won't need to teethe like normal babies do.
Appearance: A kid with a winter hat and baby clothes
Age: 1
Intelligence: Very high
Speed: Pretty slow when grounded, fast while using their gadgets
Failed Plans: Stealing people's teeth, so they don't have to teethe.
Weapons: Carriages, Super Insect Robot.
Affiliations: Themselves

Big Badolescent

First appearance: Op CAKED

The Big Badolescent looks like a regular small girl on the outside, but changes into a large adolescent with the letter A on her outfit when anyone offends her, a la The Incredible Hulk. Her real name is Laura Limpin, and has been shown to sell Skunky Scout candy (Op QUIET).
Appearance:

  • Laura: Geeky little girl wearing glasses and has buck teeth.
  • Big Badolescent: Huge girl with zits all over face and large letter A on her shirt.

Age: Probably 10
Intelligence: Pretty low
Speed: Fast (as Laura), Slow (as Big Badolescent)
Failed Plans: None
Weapons: Her transformation, her strength.
Affiliations: Mr. Boss (although she wasn't invited to the supervillain meeting in MOVIE, because the movie was rated R)

Big Brother

First appearance: Op MOVIE (mentioned in Op MINI-GOLF)

Not much is known about Big Brother, except that he is of very large stature, and that his head is very vulnerable (cf Op MINI-GOLF and Op MOVIE). He has only appeared briefly in his appearances. He is a play off of the idea the KND have that older siblings are evil (see Cree Lincoln for a prime example). Voiced by Daran Norris and later by John DiMaggio.
Appearance: A huge teenager with giant t-shirt and buck teeth.
Age: 16
Intelligence: Totally below average, in other words-- he's not too bright!
Speed: Somewhat slow
Failed Plans: None.
Weapons: His strength.
Affiliations: Mr. Boss

Captain Jimmy's Mother

First appearance: Op DUCKY

Captain Jimmy's Mother is obsessed with getting her son, Captain Jimmy (not to be confused with President Jimmy) to take a bath. She has been chasing him for 36 years trying to accomplish this goal, using her robotic duck vessel, Moby Duck. She had almost succeeded when Tommy Gilligan climbed aboard her son's ship and persuaded him and his crew to fight back!
Note: Since Captain Jimmy's last name is revealed in the episode to be "Dirt", this makes his mother's name 'Mrs. Dirt'.
Appearance: Woman wearing bathrobe and glasses.
Age: Probably 39 or so (she probably spent many of her birthdays chasing Jimmy)
Intelligence: Pretty High
Speed: Fast (in Moby Duck), Slow (on land)
Failed Plans: Trying to force her son to take a bath
Weapons: Moby Duck
Affiliations: Probably Mr. Boss, like everyone else

He kidnaps Numbuhs 2 and 4 and has forced them to work in the Cheese Mines in his palace. Numbuh 2 and Numbuh 4 managed to escape and while Numbuh 4 lead the workers to the exit, Numbuh 2 dealt with the Shogun.
Appearance: A person wearing Japanese clothes made of cheese
    Age: 40
    Intelligence: Pretty High/Low
    Speed: Somewhat slow
Failed Plans: Creating a cheese empire.
    Weapons: The Ninjas.

    Appearance: Men with ninja-themed costumes
    Age: 28
    Speed: Very fast.
    Weapons: Cheese Ninja-Stars.
    Affiliations: Roquefort, Mr. Boss

Chester and Katie

Chester's first appearance: Op CAMP (first named in Op FAST-FOOD)
Katie's only appearance: Op UTOPIA

  • Chester's Bio: Chester appears to be a "jack of all trades" type of villain, all of his schemes dubious ways to make products to sell. His first appearance was in CAMP. CAMP showed him as a camp counselor brainwashing kids into making wallets and lanyards at "incredibly low prices". In FASTFOOD, he was next shown running Burger Frenzy, a fast food shop serving children to sharks as "kids' meals", and in UTOPIA, he was later shown inventing a mind control device called the "Happy Headband" and trying it out on Numbuh One, who later turned the tables on him when he found out he was being controlled by the device. In SAFARI, he disguises himself as Dr. Phineas Sharp to infect kids with Moose Bumps and he can shred their antlers to make Moose-cicles. Voiced by Tom Kenny.
Appearance: Large person who wears a different variety of clothing.
    Age: 37
    Intelligence: Above average
    Speed: Pretty fast
Failed Plans: Brainwashing kids into making wallets and lanyards (CAMP), Making kids as the beef (FAST-FOOD), Selling a happy headband (UTOPIA), Infecting kids with Moose Bumps and shred their antlers to make moose-cicles (SAFARI, hopefully)
Weapons: Brainwashed children (CAMP), Food processor (FAST-FOOD), Happy Headband (UTOPIA), Moose Bump needles (SAFARI)
Known Henchmen: The kids he brainwashed in CAMP
    Affiliations: Mr. Boss
  • Katie's Bio: The girl Katie is actually a vision imagined by Numbuh One while he was a prisoner of the Happy Headband. Having been created with the utopia from the Happy Headband, she is also an unofficial "minion" of Chester. Since she was never a real character, it is unlikely that she will be seen again. Katie was voiced by Tara Strong, who also plays Numbuh 3's sister, Mushi.
Appearance: She is brown-haired and light-skinned, and dresses like an inhabitant of Hawaii.
    Age: Probably 11
Intelligence: High (if she would just use it!)

Speed: Some fast and some slow
Failed Plans: Making kids mine nuggets under the hot sun.
Weapons: Chicken Legs.

Count Spankulot and his army of Spank-Happy Vampires

Spankulot's first appearance: Op CANNON
Army's first appearance: Op LOCKDOWN

  • Count Spankulot's Bio: Count Spankulot has been known to spank children who misbehave. The KND got him arrested by having him spank a completely innocent kid, and he subsequently reformed and allied with the KND by taking down Mr. Wink and Mr. Fibb's superchair. However, the KND did not like him living with them, so they subsequently got him sent to jail again by tricking him into spanking a judge (the one who got him arrested in the first place) and his wife (Op SPANK). It has since emerged that he can pass on the desire to spank naughty children, in other words, turning others into spank-happy vampires, by spanking someone without his gloves, like a vampire's bite (Op LOCKDOWN) and if the Count turned you into a spank-happy vampire, the cure to the curse is to spank back the Count. Professor Triple-Extra Large

First appearance: Diseasy Does It! aka Chimp N. Pox
First appearance in a KND story: Op ARCTIC

Professor Triple-Extra Large, otherwise known as Professor XXXL, is a rather large villain who is always mutated from animals. He makes his first appearance in the non-KND episode "Kenny and the Chimp", where he had a lobster claw for a left arm. In his first actual appearance, Op ARCTIC, he wears a turtle shell on his back, and was supposedly making a machine to eliminate snow days; after Numbuh 30c betrayed the KND, it was revealed that Triple-Extra Large was trying to invent the perfect snowcone.

Triple-Extra Large was then seen in Op COLLEGE, with octupus tentacles for legs, feeding Numbuh One snowcones (claiming he suffered from brain freezes, so he needed Nigel, immune from brain freezes, to test his 'cones), the last one of which was perfect, according to Numbuh 1 himself at the end of the episode... while he was lamenting the stupidity of his teammates in extricating him from XXXL's university lab and totalling his research while doing so. (Some have criticized this particular moment as being a major continuity lapse, especially considering how much the show relies on continuity, since they were all there in Op ARCTIC when his research was first revealed.) Voiced by: Frank Welker
Appearances: Wears a lab coat and is constantly being mutated from animals.

Just before Lizzie can surrender, the Senior Citizen Squad tells Lizzie that Robin Food has been serving them food. Lizzie is touched at Robin Food's kindness, until the SCS reveals that they wanted to eat old people food instead of children's food. Lizzie gets her lunch back and the SCS gives Robin Food such a beating! He is voiced by Rob Paulsen.

  • Stickybeard's Bio: Stickybeard (voice of Star Wars actor Mark Hamill) is a pirate who sailed around the city in his ship Sweet Revenge with his army of Candy Pirates, stealing candy from children, including Numbuh Five's stash. Even his beard is laden with candy (thus the name). He also shows some respect for Numbuh Five as well. He has proven himself to be not such a bad guy after all, as he saved the Sector V operatives from a Moby Dick-esque asparagus monster in Op AFLOAT. He has two cabin boys named Chewy and Gooey

Toilenator

First appearance: Op NO-POWUH

Toilenator is played for laughs as a fairly incompetent villain. He shoots toilet paper at enemies, and sneaks into houses through toilets. While the other villains see him as a joke, he still manages to find a way to attend meetings (despite often being given invitations that are supposed to send him to Antarctica, see Ops AFLOAT and FLUSH). Sometimes he shows that he is capable of far more than others give him credit, but due to his naive nature it doesn't take long till he messes it up (see Op FLUSH for a prime example). He sees Numbuh Four as his arch-nemesis, probably because the boy doesn't take him seriously in the least (another possible reason might be that he thought No. 4 was going to be his first friend in Op MOVIE).He also wasted his power as the "Terma-tollinator", in which he proved that his power is some sort of benefit, which is most likely the only reason that he is still technically "part" of the adult team. Likes vegetables like asparagus, and dislikes meat such as burgers. Like Numbuh Four, voiced by: Dee Bradley Baker

Appearance: Man with paper towel roll-shaped mask and wears a yellow suit
Age: 35
Intelligence: Below average

She wanted to stop Numbuh 5 from getting into the Honor Society by eating her homework. With help from Numbuhs 2 and 4, Numbuh 5 broke into Valerie's house to hunt down the dog who ate her homework, only to discover that Valerie IS the dog who ate her homework and she almost ended up getting eaten by Valerie or turned into a were-poodle herself if Numbuh 4's awful homework hadn't saved the day! In order to get Moosk to go back to his job, he hung out with him for a little while and revealed to him he was a junior executive after waking up the Mother Tie. He almost got Numbuh 1, as he managed to escape. Eventually, Moosk went back to his job as an accountant, but Numbuh 1 reminded Moosk about his tie-hunting ways and delivered Spray Starch to him. Moosk rebelled on Windsor and his dad again. He is voiced by: Jason Marsden

Speed: Pretty fast
Failed Plans: Making Moosk and Numbuh 1 wear ties

Allies

Basically, friends of the KND. They ally with the KND in hopes of defeating their enemies and reveal their evil plans.

Joe Balooka

Joe Balooka appears in Operation: P.I.N.K.E.Y.E. as one of Gallagher Elementary's Hall Monitors. He was once Numbuh 2's partner before Numbuh 2 became a KND operative. Nurse Claiborne bribed him with crumbles in exchange for infecting kids with pinkeye. He got shot himself before he could tell Numbuh 2 Nurse Claiborne was infecting the kids. Like Numbuh 2 said, he and Joe will always be friends. He is voiced by Daran Norris

Boys Next Door

The Boys Next Door are a group of boys who make up the next generation of Kids Next Door operatives. Instead of fighting against adults, however, the BND are engaged in a war against the evil Madam Margaret and her army of girls in an ultimate battle of the sexes. Led by an older version of Wally Beatles, who is the only remaining member of the original Sector V (Numbuhs One, Two and Five were 'girlified', Numbuh Three's wherabouts are unknown), it is an entirely male organization with the exception of Sally Sanban, who is Numbuh Three's grandaughter. The other main characters, who remained unnamed, are assumed to be the descendants of Numbuhs One, Two and Five.

The Boys Next Door, Margaret's girls, and the entire post-apocolyptic universe was assumably destroyed when an 80 year old Wally traveled back in time and stopped Margaret before she managed to gather a girlish army, thus creating an entirely different future.

Known Members include

Daddy

Daddy is the LTDFCD's father and Father's negative counterpart. He is a rather goofy guy who loves kids and is pretty much of a coward. He is constantly worried about his children, escpecially other kids and wishes for a world where children are free, as his children try their best to foil the DNK's plans, but it just isn't enough, but it was when the Sector V team disbanded the DNK and the DNK operatives (who turned against Negative Numbuh 4) are going to make the negative world a better place for everyone. He is voiced by Jeff Bennett.

Lizzie Devine

Lizzie Devine, often just referred to as Lizzie, is the overprotective girlfriend of Nigel Uno, leader of Sector V of the Kids Next Door organization. She is overweight and thinks she's a skinny beauty queen. She occasionally calls him "Nigie". In fact, she is very similar to Lili Zanotto, a character from the video game Psychonauts.

Her parents are somehow not seen.

She has been involved in some KND missions and the following missions were: Q.U.I.E.T., D.A.T.E., C.A.K.E.D.-T.W.O., L.E.A.D.E.R., P.O.O.L., L.U.N.C.H. (she went on that mission alone) and S.N.O.W.I.N.G.

Two times in the series, a machine most associated with Lizzie was seen, the YesDear 5000, commonly referred to as a "boyfriend/girlfriend helmet". In Op L.I.Z.Z.I.E., Lizzie first uses the machine on Nigel to make him her obedient love slave. The second time was in Op S.N.O.W.I.N.G., where the wicked Fourth Grade President-for-Life, James "Jimmy" Nixon McGarfield rewires it to work on Lizzie. Lizzie's disgusting soup makes the helmet go haywire, and Lizzie is free.

In Op POOL, she has a aggressive and overbearing evil twin named Eizzil Enived.

Captain James "Jimmy" P. Dirt and his crew

James P. Dirt, otherwise known as Captain Jimmy, is a parody of the captain of the Enterprise, James T. Kirk, in Star Trek. He was on the run from his mother who has wanted him to take a bath for thirty-some odd years. He was featured in Operation D.U.C.K.Y., where he fled from his mother's giant duck robot, Moby Duck. He was scared to face his Mom until Tommy persuaded him and his Filthy Crew to fight back!

The Kid

The Kid first appears in Operation: D.O.G.F.I.G.H.T., when he is dueling with Numbuh 2 in the sky. After their planes both get shot down, he tells Numbuh 2 he thinks he's planning to destroy the Chili-Dog Factory, only they discover Mr. Washer had pitted them against each other so that he could destroy the Hot-Dog Factory, because he's sick of the chili dog stains on his clean counter! So, Numbuh 2 and The Kid put together the surviving parts of their planes to make a new one, taking out Mr. Washer's Flying Fortress and his hobby shop! As of Operation C.A.K.E.D.-F.O.U.R., he seems to have an interest in Numbuh Three. He is voiced by Carlos Alazraqui

Lasso Lass and Clip-Clop

Lasso Lass and her horse, Clip-Clop appear in Operation COWGIRL. She runs an adult-hating organization herself called the "Cowboy Kids Club" and it is revealed that Wink and Fibb were members of that very club ever since they were kids. She allies with the KND to retrieve Mr. Fibb's dome. She is voiced by Candi Milo

Little Traitor Dudes For Children's Defense

The Little Traitor Dudes For Children's Defense appear in Operation P.O.O.L., where they function as the Delightful Children from Down the Lane's good counterparts ('LTDFCD' is 'DCFDTL' backwards). They live in a trailer with their kid-loving, goofball father, named Daddy, who is Mr. Wigglestein's counterpart. Instead of their counterparts' monotone voice, the Traitor Dudes speak with valley girl/surfer accents and like their counterparts, they do stuff in unison. They made friends with the Destructively Nefarious Kids and KND operatives after defeating Negative Numbuh 4.

Sonya and Lee

Sonya and Lee appear in Operation: T.R.A.I.N.I.N.G. as two young KND trainees alongside Hoagie Gilligan/Numbuh 2's little brother Tommy. Together, the three of them saved the KND Code Module from being stolen by Father.

Lee and Sonya were both seen again in op G.R.A.D.U.A.T.E.S. when they were graduating along with Tommy. Unlike Tommy, however, they remain in the KND, assigned to Sector W.

Some fans have speculated that Sonya is the little sister of Numbuh 362, but Mr Warburton has denied this.

Santa Claus and Elfa Strike

In the Codename: Kids Next Door universe, Santa Claus has a different way of delivering toys with his "Reindeer" system (Cerebro parody). He uses it to deliver presents to the good kids and coal to the bad kids. The DLFDTL tried to use it get all the presents.

Elfa Strike is a parody of the X-Men that works for Santa Claus. The members are:

Tie Hunter Vin Moosk

Vin Moosk appears in Operation: K.N.O.T., where he acts as a famous tie-hunter, where he helps Numbuh 1 fight off school ties. He was once a sad, obedient accountant that worked at a company called Accounting and Son. He discovered accounting was boring that he quit his job because of the tie he wore at work. He and Numbuh 1 planned to attack the Tieland Shopping Mall by destroying the school ties. Before they could complete that task, Windsor, one of Moosk's comrades, revealed to Moosk and Numbuh 1 he was the "Son" in "Accounting and Son," who wanted Moosk to go back to his old job by bringing Moosk to Mother Tie. Eventually, Moosk gave up his tie-hunting ways and went back to his old job as an accountant, but Numbuh 1 reminded him of what he was and delivered Spray Starch to him by, faking Numbuh 1 himself, as a delivery boy. He is voiced by Jim Cummings

Wilson Woodrow

Wilson Woodrow appears in E.L.E.C.T.I.O.N.S. as the Fourth Grade President's secretary. During the Fourth Grade Elections, he counts the votes. He was promised a slice of the Delightful Children from Down the Lane's birthday cake if he made the Delightful Children the winners of the election. After he gets thrown in detention for a crime he didn't do, he tells convict Numbuh 1 he is the real winner of the election.

His name is an amalgam of Woodrow Wilson, which yet again links the position of Fourth Grade President in KND with the position of U.S. President.

Family members

Siblings and Grandchildren

Joey Beatles

Joey Beatles is the baby brother of Numbuh 4. He is seen briefly in Operation: S.P.R.O.U.T., and is seen again in D.O.D.G.E.B.A.L.L., where he defeats the Dodgeball Wizard for Numbuh 4, which only Numbuh Two knows. Judging by this, he apparently has very great dodgeball skills, better than those of his brother. Voiced by: Dee Bradley Baker

Tommy Gilligan

Tommy Gilligan is a fictional character on the television show Codename: Kids Next Door. Tommy looks up to his brother, Numbuh 2 (aka Hoagie Gilligan), and wants to be just like him. Of course, his love for his brother matches how much he annoys everyone. On the upper hand, he would make an excellent operative... if he were still eligible, that is. Voiced by Dee Bradley Baker.

His debut, and cadet training

His first appearance was in "Op T.O.M.M.Y.", in which Numbuh 2 felt quite annoyed at him, so Tommy left him and built "The Flu Bug" for The Common Cold (whom the operatives had been fighting). This whole deal ended with all of the operatives (plus Tommy, who was not an operative then) getting sick, but thankfully no others (thanks to the Gilligan mother's chicken soup).

He did not appear again until the season finale for season 2, "Op E.N.D.", in which in exchange for tagging along with Numbuh One on his mission, he made Nigel make him an operative, with "Numbuh T" as his codename (prompting the response: "T is not a number!"). His story continued in "Op T.R.A.I.N.I.N.G.", the first ep of the series not to feature any of the regular five operatives, which showed him training with his new friends Sonya and Lee at the KND's Arctic base, in the process washing away Father and his minions, who were trying to take the Codemodule.

Numbuh T? Not anymore.

The Codemodule would be a key plot point in his next appearance, in season 3's "Op G.R.A.D.U.A.T.E.S.", in which he graduated from cadet school to regular operative status, and was assigned to Sector V, the same sector as the regulars, once again picking "Numbuh T" as his codename, once again getting the "T is not a number" response from a random person the crowd.

During the post-graduation party, all operatives were called to fight Father and his new ray. It turned out not to be a "age-ifying" ray as Nigel and company had expected, but rather one that turned all KND operatives into animals (for example, Numbuh 2 became a hippo, Numbuh 86 became a female dog, the Numbuh 44's became kangaroos, etc.) while others (like the Delightfuls) were immune.

Later on, he figured that this was because "Boogerhead" Father (that is how Tommy referred to him) had somehow linked the Codemodule (after having stolen it in "Op S.L.U.M.B.E.R.") to his ray. "The Runt of the Litter" (how Father referred to Tommy) had to sacrifice his own membership (or in the show's own words, take out his boogers from the Codemodule) to avoid the effects of Father's "animalization" ray and defeat him. However, Numbuh 362 revealed at the end of that ep that, despite saving the organization, there are computer failsafes that also preclude him from re-entering, so he became The Tommy, a Batman like figure who works alone. Since then, virtually all of his appearances have had him wearing a dark blue hat and cape over his usual clothes (which have the same color as Hoagie's clothes).

In Operation: DUCKY, it is revealed he HATES taking baths, that's when he met up with Captain Jimmy.

Cree Lincoln

For information: See Cree Lincoln, Chad Dickson and the Teen Ninjas.

Mushi and Sally Sanban

Mushi Sanban is the baby sister of Numbuh Three. Like her older sister, she is cheerful and playful; unlike her older sister, she has shown evidence of a nasty streak. Also like her sibling, she wears an oversized dress, only hers is purple rather than green. She has appeared in a few eps: Ops SPACE, KASTLE and CLUES. She is voiced by Tara Strong, who is famous for her role as Raven in Teen Titans, another Cartoon Network animated series.

Sally Sanban appears in Operation F.U.T.U.R.E. as the granddaughter of Numbuh 3 (Kuki Sanban). After joining the Boys Next Door (the next generation of Kids Next Door operatives), she helps Numbuh 4's future self defeat the villainous Madam Margaret and have boys and girls play together. Like Mushi Sanban, Numbuh 3's sister in current time, Sally is voiced by Tara Strong.
