American Idol

Head auditioned in Memphis with the song "Stormy Monday," and received rave reviews from both Randy Jackson and Simon Cowell. Cowell said he would be surprised if Head "did not make the finals" and that "he blew Taylor Hicks out of the park." However, through the Hollywood process Simon Cowell found that in one performance he was completely "red [in the face]" and sang "through his nose." In the semi-finals he and Antonella Barba were supported by the website Vote for the Worst.
