This page should not be speedily deleted because it is a properly sourced article on a notable topic. That is plain to see and I support the article's content. A banned user being involved is irrelevant to the notability of the subject matter as presented. If there are no other reasons for there being a problem, such as copyvio or other such issues, then there's no reason to delete this.
