Khaled A. Dabash, MD, FAAP Consultant, Pediatrics

Khaled obtained his Medical Degree from the Faculty of Medicine at Cairo University in 1986. He received his certification from the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates and the Federation License Examination in 1991. He received the American Board of Pediatrics in 1995.

Khaled has a Fellowship of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He became a member of: McDonough Medical Society, Downstate Illinois Pediatric Society, Illinois State Medical Society and American Medical Association.

In 1991, he moved to the US where he became an intern at Hamot Medical Center in Pennsylvania. He then became a Pediatric Resident at The Cleveland Clinic from 1992 until 1994. He worked as a Pediatric Resident at University of Illinois Children’s Hospital from 1994 until 1995. He became a Pediatric Consultant at Macomb in Illinois in the year 1995

Khaled has several publications and presentations that he discussed in national and international medical conferences.

In 1993, Khaled won first place award at The Annual Cleveland Clinic Research Day in Ohio. Two years later, he was awarded first place award from University of Illinois Children’s Hospital in Illinois. In 2003, Khaled received the American Medical Associate Physician Recognition Award. He also received the American Academy of Pediatrics CME/CPD Award in 2007.

Khaled joined the IMC family as a Consultant Pediatrician in 2010.
