Best of Luck Nikki is an original Disney Channel India television sitcom, which is to premiere April 3, 2011. The series is an Indian adaptation of the show Good Luck Charlie. The creators wanted to create a program that would appeal to entire families, as opposed to children only. It revolves around a Sikh family, the Singhs, as they try to adjust to the birth of their fourth child, Nikki Singh. In each episode, Dolly Singh (Sheena Bajaj) creates a video diary containing advice for Nikki about their family and life as a teenager. Dolly tries to show Nikki what she might go through in the video diary so she can always know how to figure things out when she get's older. The show's storyline, promos and even title sequence are based on Good Luck Charlie
Opening Sequel
THE opening sequel is similar to the opening sequel of Good Luck Charlie . Only change is of the hindi lyrics and characters. They are shown in same order as their american counterpart.
Characters (descending order)
Avatar Singh : father of Rohan, Dolly, Sunny and Nikki Singh. He is a founder of Avatar electricity co. He consider himself the electrical artist. He always forget the important things about Sunny.
Rohan Singh : The eldest son in the family. He is in the music band of his college. He always submit his homework and assignments very late.
Dolly Singh : Video Diary maker for Nikki and the eldest daughter in the family. Her love interest is Ritesh and she consider her family the most weird family in town. She first don't remember to Sunny to be a part of her Video Diary.
Sunny Singh : He is the youngest son in the family . He is ignored by some of the members in family (Episode 1:Avatar and Dolly). He is very naughty and in Episode 1 he entered his neighbor's house through window and ate all sweats.
Nikki Singh : Newest member in the family. After her birth, Sunny was jealous because no one give attention to him. She is the youngest daughter of the family.
